Terms and conditions

• All reservations will be confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit
• Bookings can be made telephonically, by fax, or e-mail

Cancellation policy

• If cancellation is received 14 days in advance of booking full deposit refunded, less 10% admin fee.
• Deposits for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are 50% refundable with 48 hrs notice.
• Deposits for cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice are NOT refundable.
